Privacy Policy

Awesome Group (Awesome 5 Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (www.awesomegroup.sg) and our services, why we collect it, how we use, disclose and protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and the guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”).

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write about your project.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media messages, including your contact details and business information.
• Client work: when you engage us, business contact details, billing details, and content or brand assets you share for a campaign.

Information collected automatically

• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and date/time of visits, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.
• Cookies and local storage: see section 5.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we do not ask for sensitive data such as NRIC numbers through this website. Please do not include NRIC or other sensitive personal data in your enquiry.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and provide the services you request;
• To manage our client relationship, including invoicing and project communication;
• To operate, secure and improve this website and understand how visitors use it;
• To send you updates about our work, but only if you have agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time);
• To comply with legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

3. Consent

By submitting the enquiry form or contacting us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing anntonii@awesomegroup.sg. We will process your request within a reasonable time and tell you of any consequences (for example, that we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website host and form provider Wix.com (which stores enquiry submissions and may process them outside Singapore), email and messaging providers, and cloud storage tools;
• Partners on your project such as photographers, influencers or ad platforms, only to the extent needed and with your agreement;
• Authorities where required by law.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

5. Cookies, local storage and analytics

This website uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items:

• Essential: needed for the site and the enquiry form to work and stay secure, including an anonymous visitor token kept in your browser’s local storage so the form can submit your enquiry;
• Analytics: our hosting platform may record aggregated statistics such as page views and traffic sources to help us improve the site. If we add third-party analytics or advertising pixels (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), we will update this policy.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may stop the enquiry form from working — you can still reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client data for as long as our relationship continues and as required for legal and accounting purposes (typically up to 5 years). After that we delete or anonymise it.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements, including access controls, encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and reputable service providers, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, find out how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, correct it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests and will tell you in advance.

9. Third-party links

This site links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
